Our History

F.R.P. PHILIPPINES CORPORATION was incorporated in the Philippines and was registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on January 24, 1990 with a starting capital of Php 15,000,000.00. And eventually with Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) under 94-56 dated August 2, 1994.

The company’s primary purpose is to engage in the fabrication, assembly, manufacture, export, sale at wholesale, and distribution of manufactured reinforced plastics.

As of December 31, 2017, the company has an authorized Capital Stock of Php 35,000,000.00, and a total regular employees of 110.

Our company, F.R.P. Philippines Corporation, will achieve corporate success and personnel pride among our employees and stockholders by manufacturing the biggest number of competitively excellent export quality FRP products and services. We aim to be the leading manufacturer of QUALITY FIBER-REINFORCED PLASTIC (FRP) products in ASIA.
